We are community based.
We are located in Guilford, Connecticut. Our focus is on serving the greater Connecticut shoreline community. We are not a national broker serving the entire United States

We are independent.
We represent more than one insurance company. We offer you more than one choice. We are not dependent upon one insurance company's underwriting rules. We are not owned by a bank or other outside firms.

We are specialized.
We have separate departments for both businesses and personal insurance (families and individuals). Our sales and service staffs are specialized. They are knowledgeable in their area of expertise. Every one in our office, with the exception of our receptionist, holds a valid Connecticut insurance producers license. A majority of our experienced staff hold professional designations. We do not provide financial, legal, or accounting services. While we have clients from a broad variety of businesses, there are some kinds of businesses we focus on. Generally, these require special coverages beyond the basic businessowners policy. The number of insurance companies willing to insure these types of businesses is limited. For example, not for profits, hightech, biotech, new ventures, and start-ups.
